house and place the items, clothes, toys, in a box and sell it on EBay. The beauty of this is you clean your house

to set up a Paypal account in order to collect your payments from buyers.
When you decide that you like EBay find some wholesalers
that will drop ship items to your customers. Drop shipping will save you many
hours of your time.
What you do need for Ebay is a digital camera or a smart
phone will a camera, Paypal account, and a USPS (postal service) account. You
can order your postage online and schedule the postman or woman to pick up the
package to mail.
